Kraft & Test Liner Paper

Raw Material Procurement

We source high-quality kraft paper and test liner from certified mills. The paper is carefully selected based on GSM requirements — from 80 GSM to 350 GSM — to match the strength specifications of each order. Rolls arrive at our facility and are inspected for moisture content, tensile strength, and surface quality before entering production.

Corrugation
02

Single / Double / Triple Wall Forming

Corrugation

Paper rolls feed into our high-speed corrugation machines where the medium (fluting paper) is heated, shaped into waves, and bonded between flat liner sheets using starch adhesive. We produce B, C, E flutes. Precise control of temperature, pressure, and speed ensures consistent flute height and bond strength across every metre of board.

Precision Board Cutting

Slitting & Sheeting

The continuous corrugated board coming off the corrugator is slit to the required width and cross-cut to precise sheet lengths. Our automated slitter-scorers allow multiple sheet sizes to be produced simultaneously with tolerances within ±1mm. Sheets are then stacked, inspected for delamination or warp, and moved to the converting section.

Printing
04

Flexographic Multi-Colour Printing

Printing

Our flexographic printing units handle up to 6-colour printing directly on corrugated sheets. Water-based inks are used for vibrant, food-safe printing. Registration accuracy ensures crisp logos, barcodes, and handling instructions. From simple single-colour batch markings to full-colour branded packaging — every print run goes through colour calibration before production.

Die Cutting & Slotting

Box Blank Forming

Die Cutting & Slotting

Printed sheets are fed into flatbed die-cutting machines where custom steel-rule dies stamp out precise box blanks. Slots, perforations, and crease lines are all cut in a single pass. Our die-making workshop creates new tooling in-house within 24 hours. Complex shapes including auto-bottom, crash-lock, and tuck-top styles are handled with equal precision.

Box Assembly & Joining

Folding & Stitching

Die-cut blanks are folded along crease lines and joined using either wire stitching (stapling) or hot-melt gluing — depending on application. Each box is checked for squareness and joint strength before bundling.
